[MonoDevelop] Crash Report - - SVN Version

FYI - I realize SVN is unsupported, but thought developers may want to know
about the following error.  I was trying to edit a menu and add a callback
handler...  I believe I was trying to (as in Visual Studio) Double-Click in
the designer on the Actions/Events window for the Activated action.  I'm not
sure if that's exactly what I was doing when the crash occurred, but it was
within 5 seconds of that.
