You have to remove XmlEditor which is outdated. Try:

    mdtool setup u MonoDevelop.XmlEditor

(or whatever its correct name, could be shown by "mdtool setup l").

(Though I guess there is no reason to have this add-in outside MD... it
could be
maintained better here.)
