[MonoDevelop] Actions in Stetic?

That is the default way stetic works, it always generate an group of
reusable actions in a separate tab and then you can reuse it in the
designer.

Add a menu item, and it creates an action, then add a toolbar button
and the action is listed for you to use in the button.
