[MonoDevelop] Code Templates

I gave it a shot but I've never used Make before so if you can let me know
what I'm doing wrong i'd be grateful:

and after adding those I get

`Templates/MasterPageWithCodeBehind.xft.xml', needed by
`../../build/AddIns/AspNetAddIn/AspNetAddIn.dll'.  Stop.
