[MonoDevelop] System.InvalidOperationException: Extension node ...and compilation problem

Hi,

Try removing the dir ~/.config/MonoDevelop/addin-db-* and
~/.config/MonoDevelop/addins. If you installed from sources, also remove
MD from the install dir (e.g. /usr/lib/monodevelop), and reinstall.
