[MonoDevelop] Unable to update my po file

Hello!

I started translating MD to Hungarian a month ago, but I am unable to update
my .po file to the latest version of MD. I get a lot of "File or directory
not found" errors, if I try to run intltool-update.
According to what I found, the POTFILES.in file contains wrong paths for the
source files. Is there a way to generate a new instance of this file? I am
not familiar with the development of MonoDevelop, I just would like to
finalize my translation. It still misses some strings, because I had to
delete some entries from POTFILES.in to be able to generate the translation
template.
