[MonoDevelop] create class dialog

hi there,

after looking on the todo site I chose the create class dialog to work
on. Now I have a first patch and some questions.

I created a new dialog in MonoDevelop.Ide.Gui.Dialogs. Would be nice if
anyone could have a look an the dialog design.
After that I created a new CommandHnadler and added it to
MonoDevlop.Ide.xml.

My question now is how to create the new class in code. In special I
need to know how to create a class-representation, how to save it and
how to set things like name, namespace or interfaces.

Well, that's it for now. I append the patch. It's really big but I did
everything as described on the website.
