[MonoDevelop] Widget code generation doesn't work

Hi,

When creating a new widget in Stetic, it doesn't generate any code for
the widget.  The relevant generated file is created, but it only
contains the header comment without any actual code.

I tried with MonoDevelop SVN and with 0.15, but this feature doesn't
work in either.

I also get the following nasty runtime error during the compilation /
code generation process:
