[MonoDevelop] Syntax Highlighting in MD

Hi John,

Probably you are installing to another prefix (not the usual
/usr/local neither /usr) and the mime mappings aren't being copied to
the right place.
I manually copy them as needed after building on my setup, where I
have a development MD many subdirs deep inside my home dir .
