[MonoDevelop] Runtime Error with SVN monodevelop

Thanks for that info, I've never seen mdtool.  But my issue ended up being
the add-in configuration files, It was using the stable versions  instead of
the new svn compiled versions, I had to  use  MONO_ADDINS_REGISTRY to get it
to work.
