[MonoDevelop] Memory leak problem in MonoDevelop (svn version)

MonoDevelop has some memory leak issues. Some of them are fixed by using
gtk# from SVN. Other leaks need more research. I've seen the problem you
describe a couple of times, but I haven't been able to find the problem
since I can't consistently reproduce it.
