[MonoDevelop] Sorting in Makefiles

Hi,

Makefile integration is really cool, but MD seems to be changing the
sort order of the file lists due to the character case. I've had a
look in mcs/class and I think this may be because the default string
compare uses CurrentCulture, but I'm not sure. Attached is a patch to
change this, together with the Makefile changes. Thoughts anyone?
