[MonoDevelop] Trouble: Could not load DesignerSupport

After installing  from the 0.13.1 tarball, I get this error whenever I start
MD:

The following add-ins could not be started:
> MonoDevelop.DesignerSupport.addin
    > Full Path:
/usr/lib/monodevelop/bin/../AddIns/MonoDevelop.DesignerSupport/MonoDevelop.DesignerSupport.addin.xml
    > Error: Could not load type '
MonoDevelop.Components.Commands.ICommandTargetVisitor' from assembly '
MonoDevelop.Components, Version=0.13.0.0, Culture=neutral'.

Ideas?
