[MonoDevelop] pt_PT translation?

Hello,

Is anyone working on a pt_PT (Portuguese from Portugal) translation? I
started translating it, but remembered someone could have the same
idea.

If no ones doing it, can I send the po file to this list for inclusion
in the svn, or is there a better method for submitting it? Even if it
is not 100%, since I wont be able to work on it on the next days, and
I'd like to submit it in case someone wants to review it, or contact
me to work with me on the translation.

If someone is already doing it, can you contact me so I can work with you?
