[MonoDevelop] VB.NET Designer

I have been working with MonoDevelop for a couple days now, since i came
back to it..and I cant figure out how to get a designer.
I create the window, but when i click it, it wants to be bound with a
class...and no matter what I do, it says invalid file name.
Can someone tell me the correct way to get a window designer?
