It would rather not, but leave the door open for any body else that want to
provide that option later. This just means less dependencies on other
projects to make it happen, cause if the XBuild have bugs then that
indirectly might stall the development of this. I currently have a similar
problem with the Resource Editor I wrote that depends on the
Managed.Windows.Forms project for reading and writing resource files.
