[MonoDevelop] F# support

F# is a new .net language by microsoft research which runs besides
MS .net also on mono.

I have gotten MonoDevelop to support F# by
using a slight modified version of ILAsm binding (support compiler &
errors),
and a f-sharp.lang for gtkSourceView.

Are you guys interested in adding this to monodevelop?
And if so would you help me get it into md?
