[MonoDevelop] Error running MD 0.12

Adam,

I had the same problem. To solve it I did a checkout of of the xml editor:

		svn co https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/md-xed/trunk md-xmleditor

run

 		autogen.sh 


did a 
		./configure prefix=/usr      
		make

a finally copied the just generated folder 'XmlEditor' to 

		/usr/lib/monodevelop/AddIns

Afterwards md worked fine.
