[MonoDevelop] Documentation for MD 1.0

Hi!

Several people has shown interest in helping in the 1.0 release, and one
of the areas that need work and requires little knowledge about the MD
internals is documentation.

So it would be good to define which documentation we would like to have
for MD 1.0, so people can start helping on that in a coordinated way.

Which kind of documentation do we need?
Which tutorials / walkthroughs do you think are interesting?
Should we have an user guide? What would it include?
Any volunteer for coordinating all this work?
