[MonoDevelop] Rename refactoring

As we should foresee other refactoring moves I think we should reserve a wide 
choice of similar keybindings.

For example in eclipse:
Shit+Alt+R : rename 
Shit+Alt+V : move
Shit+Alt+C : change signature
Shit+Alt+I : inline code
... 
and so on 

We can't use F2, F3, F4, ...
