[MonoDevelop] Web Reference

Hi All

I have just committed the Web Reference patch into the source library. Unfortantely I only realized to late that I have not installed filterdiff yet, so my SVN commit messages are all empty :(

I have installed filterdiff and all my commits in the future will be well documented, I promise.

Good news is that Web References are finally part of the main distro :)

I will be working on getting the addin to work with version 1.1 next
