Well, it turns out you're right. Section 10 of the EULA actually states:

10. That you may run the Software or modifications only on the Windows
platform.

This is present in the EULA for both the 2005 and 2006 Enterprise
Library versions. No restrictions exist regarding specific framework
implementations. Does anybody here think there is a chance someone could
convince them to remove that section from the EULA? I might try writing
them an e-mail, but I'm not really holding my breath. Too bad, EntLib
sure is a nice and useful piece of software.
