[MonoDevelop] Memory usage

Lluis has been looking at improving memory usage in MonoDevelop.

He even implemented `heap-shot', which is probably the most advanced
memory profiler that we have right now in Mono.

Check out the module `heap-shot' from SVN, and lets start tuning
things ;-)
