[MonoDevelop] New Nemerle binding

Hi,
I've been updating Nemerle binding to use the new Nemerle's compiler
integrated completion engine. Now MD compiles with gmcs, I think it's
time to add it to the main MD branch. It updates the previous version
(it continues being in C#), but has completion and class tree features.
As it now needs Nemerle libraries to compile, a little tweak is
neccessary in configure.in.

So, I attach to files. The first one is a patch for the configure.in
with a new "--enable-nemerle" option which checks for Nemerle libraries
(by default, it is no). The other one totally replaces the
Extras/NemerleBinding folder.

I would also like to get write permissions into the SVN so I could
continue improving the add-in.
