[MonoDevelop] support for web projects

Hi,

No, Monodevelop has no support to ASP.Net webprojects and other
ASP.Netspecific things. But, since thats not that hard, I believe we
have a serious
candidact to implement it here...

Anyway, that should be part of ASP.Net editor integration of SoC
