[MonoDevelop] Moving to 2.0

Thanks Luis,
I had noticed in those changes already. Two questions: does this mean that
the parser now reports correct positions for the code elements? Does this
means MonoDevelop will only be able to create .Net 2.0 solutions or we will
be able create both 1.1 and 2.0 apps?
