[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop.Base.dll

Hi,

I'm trying to follow the tutorial on the MonoDevelop website "Extending 
the project pad" (http://www.monodevelop.com/Extending_the_Project_Pad) 
but I can't seem to find MonoDevelop.Base.dll. Is it called something 
else these days or where abouts is it?
