[MonoDevelop] monodevelop pdf manual

There aren't docs in pdf format as far as I know. The only sources about
monodevelop that you have are monodevelop.com, mono-project.com and the
Monodoc API docs for MonoDevelop. Since MonoDevelop was a port of
SharpDevelop you can try to use of its documentations, but nowadays
MonoDevelop is very different from SharpDevelop but they still share some
main concepts.
