[MonoDevelop] Getting ready for MD 0.11

I mean compiling projects with gmcs, which btw is a pre-requisite of
compiling MD itself with gmcs, so that's the next thing to do.

Since this is mainly a bug fix release, I don't think there is much
translation work to do.
