[MonoDevelop] Tip of the day patch

Thanks, I didn't know of that extension point. I have attached a
revised patch. Good to commit?

Maybe we should write something about stuff like this on the web:
http://www.monodevelop.com/The_Command_System? Shall I add an extra
section there describing this extension point or should we make a new
article?
