[MonoDevelop] VersionControl on FC5

Hi all,

I just upgraded to Fedora Core 5 and found my VersionControl addin
suffered from some serious unhandled exceptions when it couldn't find
libapr (which I just corrected).

The problem is that in FC5, libapr-0.so.0 has been replaced with
libapr-1.so.0.  Now, how do I go about having Mono choose the right
library?  I think I have to create a .config file that gets assembled in
the build process where it can check which if any version is available?
