I always have this problem too.  I assumed my local nunit
configuration was faulty and hacked my local Makefile.ams to remove
the nunit stuff, and build with --disable-nunit and
--disable-monoextensions.  I tried hacking the full nunit path into
them first, but then I got version mismatch errors.
