[MonoDevelop] Getting ready for a new release

Just a heads up, before I post all the details on bugzilla.
Anytime I insert a Menu widget in a GTK# Window I'm not able to save
the window/source because of some NullPointerException inside stetic.
Worse sometimes after trying to force the saving I get an untrapped
segmentation fault:
I know that support for the Menu Widget isn't ready in Stetic/MD, but
a segmentation fault may mean a serious usability drawback. I think
some better exception handling to allow for anyone to back out without
losing work is needed.
I'm now going to capturie details to fill the bug.
Thanks Lluis and all the other contributors for the beautiful work so far.

As I'm currently working a lot with Java and even fixing Java VMs
(JamVM/Kaffe) and GNU Classpath code, I think I may partly borrow the
title (Javaman) from my friend Bruno Souza and become the
MonoNJavaMan. Yeah, I may currently be crazier than usual...
