How do I compile MonoDevelop? 

I obtained build 57858 from the repository using svn co
svn://svn.myrealbox.com/source/trunk/monodevelop, it worked perfectly as
far as I can tell.

However according to the README file I need to use the following to
build MonoDevelop.

./configure --prefix=`pkg-config --variable=prefix mono`
make
make install

But I get the following error

bash: ./configure: No such file or directory
