I think that the time is right to at least have a page on the wiki that 
is dedicated to the subject of MonoDevelop on Windows.  In the spirit of 
Open Source and community development process, if three or more long 
time contributors are pursing this and many others are watching with 
interest, it is time to give this effort a more official home.
