Hi Dan,
MD is, AFAIK, fully managed, but its dependencies aren't, as you are
trying to use latest GTK/Gnome for Windows, it MAY work (but I doubt),
but Gecko# and Stetic probably won't, so ...
Trying to compile it in Windows (cygwin), would help us to identify in
fine detail the missing/broken dependencies.
