[MonoDevelop] PATCH: Generics support

Hi

This post does NOT concern the previous set of patches - they don't 
break anything (you may commit them).

This is just a minor report on what I'm doing right now.

Well, I've been trying to change the type of 'BaseType' property in 
'IClass' from 'StringCollection' to 'ReturnTypeList'. Although I've 
fixed all the syntactic issues in all connected parts of MonoDevelop, I 
have not been able to make it work for now. I reckon it will take quite 
a while before I'm through with it.

Not to forget, besides 'PersistentClass' I still have to fix the other 
'Persistent*' classes.
