[MonoDevelop] Unable to start monodevelop

make distclean seems to have cleared the problem :-)

When I run MD make run now, I'm getting

This happens when I try to create a new project. I originally thought
this was a gtk-2.9 problem, but from what I can see, it's not.

Any advice would be appreciated.
