[MonoDevelop] MD SVN trunk not building (AutoTools)

The latest SVN revision, the one which has AutoTools, does not build in 
my system. The error message is very clear:

I changed the Makefile to build AutoTools before CSharpBinding, but it 
gives the same error, this time related to missing CSharpBinding.dll. 
So, there seems to be some circular dependency that is preventing the 
entire MD to build, as there's no way to disable AutoTools add-in.
