[MonoDevelop] Windows Forms Designer in MonoDevelop

Hello. I apologize in advance if this is the wrong place to send my question to, but I failed to find another way to contact you. I'd like to ask you if there will be a designer for Windows Forms any time soon. I went through the Stetic GUI designer but it as far as I know it works only when creating GTK# applications, and I work with Windows Forms.
