[MonoDevelop] code collapse

A while before a big refactoring Luis did to Monodevelop I've developed it.
At the time it envolved many changes (mostly fixes) to the parsers because
they either weren't reporting the correct positions (line/column) or because
some needed information was missing.

I didn't had the time to finnish it completly and after the refactoring I
gave up and sended the patch to Luis. You should ask him, at least the GUI
code should be usefull at this moment.
