[MonoDevelop] Some changes for generics

Hi,
I've changed CSharpAmbience a few so Completion Window shows generic
types correctly. I've also made the neccessary changes for Nemerle
binding to use completion over generics. As I stated in other mail, the
only think I cannot manage to do is showing the generic parameters in
Class pad.
I attach the patch with the changes. Is it OK to commit? I wouldn't like
to mess something up in CSharp binding...
