[MonoDevelop] GetReferencedFileName unaccessible

Hi

After I did a "make clean && make" with the current SVN source I got a 
syntax error. Method GetReferencedFileName in ProjectReference.cs is 
used in BooBindingCompilerServices.boo, but GetReferencedFileName is not 
public.
