[MonoDevelop] Doxygen for MD source tree,

Hi there,
 I just used doxygen to generate doc's for MD. Looks good 
  at the outset, and helpful to work with the code tree,
  instead of working on the filesystem. Kinda efficient I guess.
  
 I think new developers like me could use doxygen to 
 work on the code tree, as its faster than grep-ing around.
