[MonoDevelop] Opening/Import #D project files

Yes,  there is.

1. Open the project with a text editor, not with MD.
2. Change all the directoory names to be separated by "/" instead of "\".
3. Erase all references.
4. Open the project with MD.
5. Manually reenter the references.
