[MonoDevelop] Opening/Import #D project files

Is the a way to open a SharpDevelop project with MonoDevelop?  After
all, MD is based on #D.  It has the ability to import VS project files,
yet I see no straight-forward way to open a #D project.  Googled a few
terms but turned up little.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
