[MonoDevelop] Fix of 77361

[Jacob Ilsø Christensen]

The patch has not yet been committed to SVN. Try out the patch attached to
the bug in bugzilla. If it works as expected I will commit the patch and
close the bug. If I patch my local version I cannot reproduce any of the
exceptions.
