[MonoDevelop] loopback launching problem

I have ran into the problem when launching Monodevelop that it "Couldn't
create a remote process." I have read the details in troubleshooting at
http://www.monodevelop.com/Troubleshooting and my loopback device is working
fine. I am however wondering if it is an issue because the loopback device
on my system is named lo0 instead of just plain lo. I am running Monodevelop
0.9 on FreeBSD 6.0-Release. Has anyone else ran into this problem and come
up with a workable solution?
