[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop startup error

I've installed Mono 1.1.13 using the Mono installer.  When I try to 
startup monodevelop, I get the following messages:

There seems to be a few hits on the web for this issue, one of them 
indicates that lib-panel-applet needs to be installed.  What RPM would 
this be contained in?

This is on SUSE 9.3 Pro x86-64.

I'm also open to other suggestions.
