I have not been able to reproduce this, but I just made a change that
should work in svn r55577. If someone can try it that would be great.

Also, it it still fails for anyone if you could include:
- the theme you are using
- Console.WriteLine (icon) at line 47 in FileIconLoader.cs
- and does that theme contain that file
(ex. inside of /usr/share/icons/Tango)
